On November 1, 2021, our new shareholder, Rising Japan Equity, began the integration of our company with their existing chain properties forming a larger, stronger, global industrial chain group. The emerging entity will become a full-service industrial chain manufacturing and sales company offering a wide range of products and services backed by an experienced team of professional engineers and application specialists that we believe are unmatched by anyone else.

From February 1, 2022 we will become ZEXUS CHAIN Co., Ltd. The ZEXUS chain brand is derived from three words that exhibit the pride we have in our manufacturing base and home country of Japan (ZIPANGU), the passion we have for the industrial chain business (ZEAL) and desire to engage with customers and business partners to contribute to the advancement of society by providing advanced sustainable solutions (NEXUS).
